Marc Herbert

Marc graduated from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. During his successful career as a social worker working for disabled adults, Marc saw the effects of good and bad lawyering in the lives of his clients. Determined that everyone deserves the full protection of estate planning laws, he enrolled at the University Of San Diego School Of Law. After finishing his studies in only two and one-half years, Marc worked for two small litigation firms in Lancaster before starting his own law office in 2001. He has focused his practice on estate planning with expertise in Living Trusts and Special Needs Trusts. Marc brings twenty-five years of experience and knowledge to Kelly Financial Group as an independent lawyer. He has been active in many organizations around the Antelope Valley, including Desert Haven Enterprises, Quartz Hill Little League and Boy Scouts of America. Marc has been married since 1990, and he is the proud father of three: a small business owner, a military veteran working as a civilian analyst, and a law enforcement officer and military reservist. . His client-directed approach has resulted in thousands of referrals during his career.
